Practicing drawing with a steel nib (is that the right word? the kind of metal pen that you dip in ink? According to my dictionary it is.). I started out with the nib because I was afraid inking with a paintbrush would be really hard. But it turned out it wasn't so bad once I tried it.
I attached this picture to a Christmas present for my husband - to inform him that the book he received included a person reading it aloud.
